At SER Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SER Mobile account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset with all personal data removed, and pack it securely in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
